it was well run for the most part. not as big a turnout as last year.
got myself first place and increased my total so i guess i cant complain much
edit:
hang cleaned 130 after about 3 hours of lifting.
figured out that my knuckles had to be facing straight down on the pull.... what a difference.

this seems like a good mental cue.
just by doing it in the mirror i can see my arms get longer and looser, but wrist staying tight . seems less likely to arm pull on heavy weights. my coach always says long arms.
edit: my elbows also go out when i point my knuckles down. this may be why it helps
