I think a couple of you guys would have a legit shot at making the team, assuming they are actually looking to take on a few members. I can think of a few guys who some of you are already outperforming...

Try-outs are in May, so it's not really soon, but the idea just had come up.

No he doesn't.

I think greco and Adam have most potential for making team mdusa currently.

this sounds really bad, but there "new" 94 and 105 (I think he's a 105) are definitely replaceable imo

I went to the last MDUSA tryouts in May, it was really fun. I'm going to the Attitude Nation winter open and if MDUSA has another meet in May, I'll probably try and go again

I really like Ryan's mechanics. Hes the only relevant one of the new peeps imo. I dont like the "fat" looking guy matt. Bro needs to cut. I dont really know who the other recent people are so meh. (no hate)

I was training with frav a couple weeks ago. He said he stopped posting because he kept getting banned whenever he made a new account. He's pretty huge now, 104kg or so.

had a 140kg snatch and I think around a 175kg CJ at 94 kg, had a log here, kind of a silly dude. was a bummer when he stopped posting. he'd been making crazy progress before he disappeared.

still posts on his youtube channel every now and again. think he had a meet a couple months ago.

He told me the other day that he "pretty much" power clean and jerked 170... as in he caught it in power and purposely rode it down. Didn't video it though. When I was training with him he just had a meet the weekend before, so he was in a lighter phase at the time.

give me a year, if i make a splash nats i am hoping i get noticed. 1 years of lifting self taught and i am well above nats qualifying total. i am proud of myself.

Finished my 3 important exams and I can lift again after 2 weeks of straight study lol. Somehow I'm not as excited as I thought I would be

Ft you're really good but could benefit tremendously from a coach and program.

I'm not sure why Matt Bergeron made the team, but from last tryouts it's quite apparent that pendlay is not only looking for "all stars", but POTENTIAL all stars.

They usually have their annual tryout in may so I'm just assuming. Whoever mentioned about going to watch, email Glenn and see if you can lift. I went just to train at jons new gym this past summer but emailed Glenn not thinking id be able to practice with them...ended up doing a morning and evening session with the team.

Talk about pressure to pr in snatch when Glenn Travis and Tatum are sitting right in front of you watching haha.

With gute gone and only Tatum as the 77 maybe I could possibly have a chance... Any 56-77 is probably sought after, they're loaded with big boys.

Anyways in putting the work in now. Hopefully by then my PRs will be around 130/150

Why do you think they would actually want lighter guys? Does it help for their team score, or maybe helps their marketing diversity?

Did 200kg front squat and 90kg muscle snatch today, yay. Just ahve to do 90kg in a real snatch now ^^

I believe Mendes is only in Brazil temporarily at the moment, but the fact that Broz is down there with him is pretty telling. I'll be surprised if he is lifting for the US in 2016.

I'll be suprized if he is lifting in the olympics in 2016. I don't see Brazil earning more than one spot and he would need at least a 390 total to edge out Reis.
