    Mirin that speed under the bar...

    If you watch in slow motion you might notice you cut your 2nd pull real short to dive under the bar. If you kept tight and pulled through to triple extension you wouldn't need to get that low (or ultimately you'd be able to hit a bigger pr)

    I was beat up as **** from Smoloving yesterday. Not used to high volume squats. So I didn't expect much today. I felt weak, tired and slow. So this was very surprising and felt ****ing heavy.



    Also, with a 95 snatch beforehand (not a PR) I got a 215 total which means I passed a basic milestone of having my total exceed the current snatch WR.
