One of my friends from back at Caltech is trying to convince me to fly back to LA before the 21st so we can go to Waxman's see Klokov/Ilya together. I was just in LA! But I won't be able to go back for the 21st. I missed them by two damn weeks!

No, Berkeley. The seminar is 199. Coaching+seminar is 299. I think non-members can go but I'm not sure.

the 125 surprised me and it wasn't the cleanest of rack jobs, but oh well.

Like you said you're pretty erratic off the floor. Also make sure you're getting your shins vertical right away, and focus on fully extending. Solid lift though!

Power cleaned 110 tonight after 6x4 squats at 150 kg. I don't really ever do these heavy but I thought this one was okay.

Gym is on the 4th floor, they don't want us dropping the weights unless it's a controlled drop. I've perfected that now.

Anybody else feel like their training keeps them structured and mentally competent? I've been pretty busy at work the last 2 weeks or so and wasn't able to follow my program consistently, and I feel like the rest of my life went to **** simultaneously (eating well, sleeping well, keeping my room clean, etc.). This week I've gotten back on track and everything else is better.

Real E/N post, I know but wanted to see if anyone else felt similar about their training.

I thought the same thing since I was having a baby with 137 in the front squat earlier in the week, but, it wasn't bad.
