    Yeah I have really good flexibility but my abs definitely need to be worked on a ton, I think that will help.

    ftw i saw you post some knee strengthing squats, do you do them often? im thinking of adding them into my routine, nothing heavy but like 75-80% at rpe 8 or so.

    I think I have to ditch the narrow snatch grip. It causes way too excessive arm bend because there isn't enough room. My arms are too long. It causes messing up with warm up weight:

    Also I wasn't close enough to the bar because on the previous rep I bashed the bar into my dick, which is also (I think) a consequence of the grip being too narrow. Still, I nailed 96 in the same session but it was ugly. Looking at that video, it's a toy off the floor. 100 is on the chopping block for the next week.

    I haven't actually done a rack jerk in months. Well at least not over like 80 kgs. I know my overhead position has gotten a lot stronger though due to my press abilities going from super crap to less crap. And i have adjusted to my new rack position, So i assume my jerk is better now. I need to work on my footwork.

    I plan to C&J 145+ in my meet in late January as an 85. @~81 kgs
