    technically no but sometimes I cant finish everything in my morning workout so I do the rest in the evening, for example this evening I will be doing my squats I didnt get to this morning

    Yeah I trained like a powerlifter for almost a year and half. Prior to it, I pretty much fūcked around in the gym for about half a year.

    I'm not sure how much I can squat or dl for 1rm, but here is the video of my 5rm squat from last week:



    I switched from low bar to high bar about a month ago and now, I'm pretty much able to squat as much as I could with low bar, so I'm assuming I should be able to squat 475-485lb high bar with a belt.

    I finally snatched 135lbs after a 2 weeks of attempts, am i gunna make it brahs

    i have trouble with looking down so i keep dropping the bar forward and failing at the bottom

    a neutral neck or whatever is probably the best, but I have to actively try and look up or else my head drops upon receiving the bar

    what could be the reason for my core being unstable under the jerk? is it weak or does the problem lie somewhere else?

    Does Anybody know anything about lifting with orthotics/inserts in shoes? I am flat footed and don't wear them, because I was told not to once, but ****s me why It wouldn't help

    are you getting your air and tightening your core before you jerk? Do you wear a belt? Do you regularly do ab/lower back work?

    Those are all good solutions, depending on the problem also push presses are a good way to train a tight, straight dip and drive
