it was well run for the most part. not as big a turnout as last year.
got myself first place and increased my total so i guess i cant complain much
edit:
hang cleaned 130 after about 3 hours of lifting.

i snatch 212 today fairly easily, missed 220x4 behind me. Easy to get it there i just did not finish it properly. First time full snatching in over a month, so i am happy
today was a day of weird saves. Today told me that i have the brute strength , i justt need to catch the technique up and i will be 10kg high in every lift than before my break. Excited.

Just hit a PR clean today, 102 kg.
I am very very pumped about this, I hit a 10 kg snatch PR earlier in the week and missed a 5 kg PR in the snatch today, but I am not mad.
Here is a link to my video, I felt really good about this clean, I know it isn't very heavy but you have to start some where.
Let me know what you guys think.
The second clip is me practicing split jerking. This was my first day splitting, the clip is from a week ago. I have hit 175 lbs since, which felt a lot faster and stronger. I have only been working on squat jerks, but very rarely.
I know I got work to do, but I am exited about the future and my progress.
I plan on competing as soon as I find something around my area.
Also I will never be setting the weight down like that again, as it was my first and last.
Let me know what you guys think, critique all you want.
