one of the toughest decisions i have ever made
i am not going to uni nats
cant seem to stay healthy, and i get off my dads insurance mid august and i have some stuff i need to take care of with my body to get right before winter. I managed some good weight last saturday but my body is starting to shut down, i have 6 different tendinitis bouts i am fighting, and i cant stop the DOMS even after 4 days of rest. gonna call it quits for a week and ease back into it and get after it with keefinator in oct at the strongest unicorn.

I have tried 100 two days now, both days I didn't feel strong at all going in but figured I would put straps on and have some fun.
These are my lifts one of the two days.
I am just finishing up with the threes in LSUS and about to move on to a totally different type of program so I expect to hit over 105 by the end of it.

Also did a back squat at 335 X 5 on LSUS and just hit 355 X 3 yesturday. Super happy about those.
The thing with snatches for me is if I am able to stay calm and relaxed I can pull the bar much smoother. The first rep is 215 the rest are 220.Pigs get feed. Hogs get slaughtered.

we have agreed that there is no real surgical option for what we think it is. (severe tendinitis). Other than to release the tendon and he said we highly recommend that does not happen (derp). He is an ortho surgeon, but he says he uses surgery as a last resort.

A good friend of mine and I were both planning on coming to Europe during a similar time frame. Her best friend couldn't go so she asked and of course I gladly accepted.
I got to train with the national Spanish team for 5 training sessions. I've got about 17 videos to upload when I get home. I will do a little write up as well and explain some things. No crazy videos bc they are just getting back and intensity is extremely low. Videos of Lydia and stuff regardless.
My friend was the translator when the Spanish team came to the Arnold, so she got to know them and became good friends with Lydia and the 77 Olympian Andres.
