i'd love too
right now getting healthy is my priority and my 2nd priority is a top 5 finish at uni nats. Got an ortho appt next week for my hip. i think it is my labrum :/
edit: i should point out there is no way my labrum is torn, i think i have some bad impingement. I front squatted damn near my best ever today, which is encouraging considering the shape of my hip

On the snatches, you're letting the bar crash on you a bit, that's why you had the press-out. Even the third attempt had elbow flexion. On the power jerks, try and be more forceful in locking out the arms. lingering hip flexors issues from many a past injury. My last lifting cycle was very hard and my body was just not ready. I will be fine and probably stronger after my hips get right. I was getting too me back even before my last meet. I just lifted through it and waited till i had time to get it done

critique please
hello oly board, after stopping OL (and pretty much weight training in general), i started this past fall n fell in love with it all over again. the body isn't healing as fast as it used to though hahah, my knees can't take a 5 day split anymore and a tight left shoulder to go a long with some hip impingement has held my training a bit back. i digress, here is my snatch at 77, 83x, 85x
