I'll have to try holding them for that long. I stretch but only hold them for like a minute at a time.
I basically stopped all training for a while, lol. I started boxing and whatnot so I barely lifted at all for like 6 months. Weight dropped way down as well. About a month ago I got the urge to train hard again, but got the urge to get back intro strongman (plus I was better strongman than weightlifting, lmao). Gonna try to stay around the 200lb class though. I think the time off really helped me though, I feel great. Maybe I will get back into the full lifts later though, try to be the American Lightweight version of Misha (much ****tier version, lol).Bryan

You could do limber 11 everyday, with some timed static stretches right after, for me heres what i do for recovery
1. warm up with hot shower
2. foam roll/ soft tissue work
3. limber 11
4. static stretch
5. soft tissue on upper
6. stretch upper
7 ice bath
after this i am never really sore anymore
