As already mentioned, Brazil will get slots, and if his current numbers are any indication, he'll be very competitive as a 105 - would not be surprised to see a 390+ total within 3 years.

Let the boy get some gh in him and snatch WR in training.

In other news every time I end up working in a gym my lifting goes to shiit. Not sure if I messed up my wrist but cleaning with non spinning bars and metal plates sure is tough.

you ever take an epsom salt bath? I hardly ever have DOMs if I take one. I don't train the O-Lifts anymore (other than pow pow pow power cleans) but epsom salt baths are amazing.

I'll have to try holding them for that long. I stretch but only hold them for like a minute at a time.

I basically stopped all training for a while, lol. I started boxing and whatnot so I barely lifted at all for like 6 months. Weight dropped way down as well. About a month ago I got the urge to train hard again, but got the urge to get back intro strongman (plus I was better strongman than weightlifting, lmao). Gonna try to stay around the 200lb class though. I think the time off really helped me though, I feel great. Maybe I will get back into the full lifts later though, try to be the American Lightweight version of Misha (much ****tier version, lol).

Maybe I will get back into the full lifts later though, try to be the American Lightweight version of Misha (much ****tier version, lol).
    gl on your sport endevours

also the reason i hold them that long (after i am done with activity for the day only) is because research indicates a minimum of 5 min on a certain position to incite a structural change in your tendons and muscle belly. longer = permanent change in flexibility

I never train with knee sleeves; personal preference.
But I often sleep with them on, or walk around my house with them on. Makes my knees feel really good actually.

You could do limber 11 everyday, with some timed static stretches right after, for me heres what i do for recovery

    1. warm up with hot shower
    2. foam roll/ soft tissue work
    3. limber 11
    4. static stretch
    5. soft tissue on upper
    6. stretch upper
    7 ice bath

after this i am never really sore anymore

Damn you being so tall and yet having short femurs!

FT - what do you do for your rotator cuffs? That seems to be my problem area. Both tightness and inflammation.
