i train for rugby so right now my off season 2 lower days have either snatch or clean and Jerk in there - followed by Front squat or Back squat...
i am on vacation for another 2 weeks then thinking will do this for warmup after the o lift then work to max reps for day then drop done for volume...Sleepy.

brahs I need help srs.
After snatches, I was starting to do clean and jerks. I warmed up at 205 fine, nothing wrong. I put on 245 or 250 on the bar and when I cleaned a really sharp pain hit my upper back, towards my right shoulder blade. I can backsquat fine, but my back still hurts and it hurts to bring my arms to like a front squat position.
Wat do?6'0 249 @ 18 years old in AVI
Goals @ 225 or Less
365 Incline BP, 500 Paused Squat, 400lb C&J,300Lb Snatch

I know what you mean. It happened to me twice, one time, I was just routinely doing 90kg CJ's. They felt kinda weird. Next morning woke up, couldn't move. Several months later happened after my clean pull form was funky.
At least for me though, besides those two incidents, I never had any pain the region or anything more though. But boy is it brutal.
