So while I've been recovering form my knee injury. I've found that I'm not very flexible other than what is needed for my lifts. I've found that my balance could be better and just overall core strength.
So I've been looking into something I can work into my routine that is fun. I found this guy on youtube and looks impressive. I think he has a training method out and I was going to incorporate it.
Anyone else?
Squat: 135 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 185 lbs
Stop quoting my stats. I know what I'm doing if I can deadlift 1.5 plates.

I've been looking into doing Yoga. A friend was telling me that it has it's own Euphoria. I just don't want to get to be 35-40 years old with joint problems. I want to still be 60 and be playing golf with a cigar on the 18th hole...
He probably is weird but he has a nice philosophy on training.
I've been working on it. So close.

The difference between a properly and improperly caught clean:
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3w_...d3U1R4bWc/edit
The reason I'm using google Drive+wevideo editor is that I don't have my computer because it's being repaired and Dell sucks and this rented one doesn't have the right software. This is from today.
I think I fried the discs in my low back with a heavy single back squat on Wednesday in which I broke posture. I should have just dumped the rep. I've decided that I'm no longer doing 1-3RM back squat attempts. Stick to higher reps in the BS for safety and do 1-3 reps in the FS. The latter is what matters anyway. I've inflamed that area too many times.Last edited by jb4476; 02-23-2013 at 01:25 AM.

I just wanted to say thank you. I have been squatting daily since October 2nd and could not be happier with the results. On Friday I got sick with a cold (and I am still sick) and at first I was frustrated, assuming that a few days of potential quality training would be lost. But I went to the gym anyway and had my most successful three days ever, setting big PRs in four major strength exercises. On Friday I successfully strict overhead pressed 170x8 and ATG back squatted 340x5. On Saturday I made an (easy) 305x1 front squat (not a PR, but definitely an improved baseline number), and then today I made a behind the neck push press PR of 220x7, a front squat PR of 290x6 followed by an (easy) 350x1 back squat for an improved baseline number. You could not be more correct about the idea that your body is lying to you. I have no idea how I pulled out all those PRs over the last three days while in cold sweat, with swollen lymph glands, a congested nose and a brutally sore throat. But I did.
Get This Shiiiiiiiiiiiit

What the **** did you just ****ing say about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I’m the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the **** out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my ****ing words. You think you can get away with saying that **** to me over the Internet? Think again, ****er. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of spies across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your life. You’re ****ing dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can kill you in over seven hundred ways, and that’s just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed combat, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Marine Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you little ****. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your ****ing tongue. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will **** fury all over you and you will drown in it. You’re ****ing dead, kiddo.
