Most of the time my knees are fine. Except for this patella tendonitis (well at least I think that's what it is)...

I have to do BW squats, bar squat, 135lbs squat, 185 squats, 225 squats before my hip flexors aren't sore....

do the stretch where you squat down and gently push your knees out with your elbows. makes the adductors feel good

Also hamstring toe-touch stretch to deep squat is good. If you pull on the bottom of your shoes and squat down its easy to keep very upright in an atg position

I decided today Im competing in two weeks with the intent of qualifying for University Nationals A session 77

need to hit 229. Im thinking open 100 snatch then get the 105.
Open CJ at 120 or 124 depending on how i do with the snatch.
Then I can go head to head with jagboy at nats.

I did snatches off a 2.5 inch deficit riser today. **** is weird. Hit 105 doe. Missed 109 3x

I just kept dropping the weights and now they don't say anything to me anymore.

So I've never torn a callus before until yesterday. It was on my right hand pinky... I was sort of proud. Then today I tore one on my left middle finger. Now it's getting old... I also need to go get some more tape now.

I'll do that for when I tear one on my palm. I just keep tearing them on my fingers right above the joint where the palm and finger meet... These heavy clean high pulls are killing my hands.
