I fell on my knee a couple weeks ago at a cabin party. Anyways, a bit of pain never went away but it never got any worse. So I kept at it in the gym. Today I was going for a hang clean PR from the knees. I got under it but I just couldn't stand up with it...
Anyways, my knee hurt a lot after. I couldn't even squat. I tried to jog a bit for cardio after but it hurt too much... What should I do except for ice and rest? I probably won't be squatting all this week....Squat: 135 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 185 lbs
Stop quoting my stats. I know what I'm doing if I can deadlift 1.5 plates.

It's on the very bottom of my knee cap. There wasn't a pop. I've done that before on the same knee back in 8th grade... It's no where near that. I have no problem standing on it. Just some pain walking sometimes and a bit of pain on stairs... Yeah, I can rock back and forth.
I'm thinking I might have bruised it when I fell and with all the squatting it just never healed. Well lets at least hope so.Squat: 135 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 185 lbs

I did 115 for 5 singles and failed 120 4x + sprained my left wrist attempting it. All the fails were so bad I probably looked like a retard. One of the misses I dropped on my thighs and that sent me flying backwards after which I tripped on a dowel that someone had strategically placed.
Btw have you ever PC'd for reps? I tried it and barely got 105x3 but I have done 100x6.Misc Strength Crew

I'm about to enter my first meet soon (this weekend), wondering how long a comp takes? It's 2 hours away, and weigh-ins are at 8 am and wl'ing starts at 10 am. Say I have work around 3:30 and it's a 2 hour drive back... will the meet end before then?
I guess I'm hoping it takes 3-4 hours.Squats - 315lb
Bench - 225lb
OHP - 165lb
Deadlift - 355lb
PC - 195lb
Pull-ups - 24
