tunein radio. and search for a good station. my recommendations for house music is house nation uk, and fusion radio.
front squats and some light bar work.
idk about music podcast but lifting/gym talk podcast i recommend iron radio and muscle college radio. layne norton runs muscle college radio.
i honestly feel like nationals qualifying total should always be 3xbw for men (except for supers. it should just be 315).-we are what we repeatedly do. therefore, excellence is not an act but a habit.

So, I don't know how but I set a crazy PR today. The heaviest I've ever cleaned was 110kg (243lbs) and that was from the floor. Somedays I would struggle with that. Today I was doing hang cleans from the knees. I hit 124kg (273lbs)... 315lbs not to far!!!
Squat: 135 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 185 lbs
Stop quoting my stats. I know what I'm doing if I can deadlift 1.5 plates.

welp. my lordosis is getting pretty outta wack, so im cutting back on squats and doing more step ups to get my ass stronger and leg raises for the abs.

Was in a spine surgery for a few hours today and when the surgeon cut through the patient's erector muscles they started bleeding a ****load so he had to cauterize a bunch of it off and cut out chunks to stop the bleeding. Took out a solid twinky-bar size of pure errector muscle and just threw it the discard pile like it was nothing.
