I'm doin it. It's in Tennessee this year.
My only competition total puts me in the B group. I would do 77 not 85.
Now the question is should I just do B group, or make the 229 total at some local meet before universities to do A? I'd need like 105/125 which pretty doable for me on second attempts. I can qualify till early march. Only tough part is hockey is still on till late february
I would pretty much be doing all my lifts AFTER the entire B group finished if I was in B judging by the 2012 lifts. Ehhhh, decisions.....Snatch: 122

Have been incorporating some complexes at the end of my workouts lately. Feels good man, even though I am exhausted when I am doing them, everything feels smooth and light for the most part.
This week I did 100kg Snatch pull + hang snatch pull + hang snatch + overhead squat
and 115kg Clean pull + hang clean + front squat + jerk112.5 snatch

Re: the Kakhi picture I posted, Kakhi himself said on ******** that the image was taken at the Olympic games in 1996 and the weight was 322.5 kg. He competed in the 99 kg class there, so he was probably 100 kg or so in the picture. 3.2x bodyweight squat a few days out from the biggest weightlifting event on the planet? Mindblown.
Also Kakhi said his best training lifts were 195/240, which if you'll remember Ilya Illin recently did 196/240 at ~ the same bodyweight. Really puts into perspective how great a lifter Ilya is.

Also not sure if anyone's familiar with Rob Macklem's Flickr but it's chock full of awesome lifting photos he's taken over the years.

MFW Taner Sagir looks like me but is approx. a billion times stronger than I am.
