It was a jump from a previous 1RM of 190 that I hit back to back with this, besides my back stayed relatively straight even tho I got damn near horizontal.

Any body part touching the platform other then your feet is supposed to be a red light, but as always it's up to judges discretion.

That makes sense. That guy was jumping back but had one foot move farther back than the other, that's why he got half stapled to the floor with 97. Seems like an unusual habit to develop.

Just received mah new rehbands in the mail today. Holy ****, this is amazing. The difference as compared to the Kono sleeve is like is night and day. The interior of the rehband sleeve is lined with material that's smooth. So you just slip on the sleeves in a second and that's it. **** those awful Kono sleeves. I now have two totally ruined pairs, with big missing chunks and huge tears all the way down the seams. You'd have to roll the material half over and then tug, beg, and swear as you dragged them up your calves because the interior provided a tremendous amount of friction unless you had pencil calves, I don't. The wear caused by this abuse meant that the seams would split gradually and the sleeves would be unusable in four months, tops. These will last forever.

I get a STRONG placebo effect when I wear the bandages and lift. I always wear pants and wrap my knees to keep them warm. Once I feel even the slightest pain in my knees my whole workout suffers because I get so stressed that I'll hurt them... There's virtually 0 support because I don't wear them tight, I just hate getting sore knees and I think the bandages help

Usually looks something like this:
-General stretch/warmup
-Snatch warmup > wrap wrists > snatch
-C&J warmup > wrap knees > clean & jerk
-Pulls
-Squat
-fap... wut?

If you're not adding weight on the bar with bandages then you're definitely wrapping wrong; I get 20kg out of bandages on my squat.
