Why the **** have a platform and bumpers if you can't drop the weights? That's ridiculous.

I was visiting Ft. Knox and found one of the gyms that had bumper plates. I was simply doing cleans and the guy goes up to me and tells me that I can't drop the plates. I tell him they're bumper plates. He tells me he knows cause he ordered them. I just give him the bert stare and walk away.
Anyway CrossFit gyms can be good, as long as the staff knows what they're talking about.Dirty Leb Crew

we train in los angeles, we'd love to have drop ins! if you visit us when schools in session anyone is welcome to train with us and of course feature in the vidz
also, having "your **** down" is totally optional. in fact, even if you have the worst form and most poverty lifts out there you will still be better than 99% of the football teams I've played on

We're scattered all around the LA and outer LA areas. I might be in the process of moving back home soon, so my home gym might be getting a makeover and might be the new permanent filming location of poverty weightlifting lmao. But yeah dude come visit, we have one of the greatest competitions ever conceived of planned for one of our next vids
Yeah that style is what im looking for, but I'm sure Eleiko straps cost like $20 US before shipping lol. I think i'll buy some cheap altus ones and just cut off the looping end. Even better, I can get the longer ironmind ones and cut the loop offThe Long Road to Competition... My olympic weightlifting journal:

Eleiko belt and hoodie shipped today. Yessssss
Realized I wasn't training hard enough in the 90+ range before. Going to really focus on numerous singles and continually trying after misses a la Bulgarian
Get Altus straps, and then take a knife and carefully cut the stitching that creates the loop. Pull of all the cut thread and you have some longgg ass straps.
I think I might get these. The mdusa ones are a lot bigger and thicker its kind of weird. Made for big strongmen lol. Plus the Chinese use blue straps like the werksan a
Those and cutting atlus cotton straps are the best bet IMO
My body is ready. I need to make another better oneSnatch: 122
