I'm going to start tracking my workouts in an Google Doc so I can track my progress a little bit more closely.

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...HM0M0NsbGpVYkE

Feel free to follow along. Eventually I'd like to have a main sheet with charts displaying 1RMs, trends, etc.

I remember you guys had some kind of push competition, maybe it was klokov?

Anyway I stricted 75 btn for 3, pr. (Not klokov)

Btn pp 110 triple, pr. (Big one) seriously attribute all this to strict klokov pressing, I know you guys are one both sides of the argument of strict pressing.

It's too bad he's in 85s. The toughest weight class atm in america. Farris and TCooper seem unreachable. I think Travis has the capability for 155/195 in short term.

Pretty sure he only started training the lifts within the last couple years. I know he was a college football player/amateur bodybuilder before switching over though.

THe contest is Klokov pressing. Unsure of who is still in the contest. I am currently at 150x4. I know what you mean about the Klokov press, I also attribute my (really) big 102x5 BTN pp PR to Klokov pressing.

Why is my squat strength so variable? Like on a really crappy day I might gut up a crappy single FS/BS with around 120-130 kg, but on my last PR days I BSed 285x10, and FSed 295x4? That doesn't happen with other lifts, what I make on even a mediocre day will stick close to my PR.

LMAO, I originally misread this as Coach asking you "so when are you going to start split jerking?". But the other way is much funnier.

Mine does the same brah. On a good day I'm capable of squatting 285-300 for 8-10. On a mediocre / bad day I'll hardly be able to squat 275-285 for a triple. On the worst of days I'll crank out a max effort 255 triple, srs.

I made a very simple dub step / prog dub step mix last night with some old and new music. Lots of classics.

It'll be the OLY Brah mix, I'll post it once I get it on zippy or something.

To be clear, Middle Class Weightlifting is an original production and not a knock-off whatsoever due to my status as a gainfully-employed college graduate unlike the rest of you bums (and/or I'm insanely jealous you're all still in college and I would trade places with you in a heartbeat).

woot, clean so much better on oly platform lol was my first time ever really but i really enjoyed it. Def need to work on elbow/tricep flexibility for the rack position though.

will upload vid soon. would appreciate all the critiques you can give

Def can tell i caught it high i guess because it was lightish, but i tried 135 and couldnt really get under it. when i did though, i lost it forward.... still new so i dont know if its a mental thing of just dropping under it faster or if im doing something terribely wrong. What kind of programming do you do with cleans too? I ended up doing a bunch of singles and doubles with 115 to just practice since its my first time. sorry for long winded questions lol but thanks!
