    i missed 100kg snatch behind me 2x and the third time i hit the bar on my balls lol

    then i hit a 120kg clean (pr) but missed the jerk

    i usually do triples and the heavier i go i do some doubles as well.I never really max out

    hmmm ok. Ive realized that psychologically I make the biggest squat gains when I have percentages that I need to do. Just "working up to heavy triple and backing off" doesn't always work for me.

    I think im going to go back to the mini smolov. I tried your x2 rep today on the minute 10mins, used 320 for 5 sets then 315 for 5s, it was pretty difficult but it was solid.

    estimated my 1rm as 400 seeing i hit 385 for a double

    what stretches are appropriate if I can get in a deep squat position fine but with knees inside of ankles (can't create torque at the hip) ? I know it's probably an ankle/hip issue but it's easier to create torque at the hip with weightlifting shoes, really difficult barefooted.
