Bad form, shoes are off and no oly lifting purpose. 100% srs I will vehemently disagree with anyone who thinks deadlifts help your oly lifts. It's been my latest discussion with people and they can't seem to grasp that the key is front squatting. The pull is rarely the limiting factor anyways.

Lol it's all of the videos i've ever taken. 100% srs though get ready for some vids of me powercleaning, max barbell curling (63kg this week, not a pr) and maybe some muscleups/random gymnastics. I do more of that than anything else.

He recently front squatted a PR 220 so makes sense also CJ PR. Insane efficiency though.

Bout time Jon hit a CJ PR. The new grip is finally paying off. I used to really like watching Kevin Cornell... he was so damn fast. Now, I think my fav guy to watch is Chris the 77, he gets so upright and his jerk is nice to watch. The only reason I like MDUSA/cal strength is cuz they provide so much weightlifting entertainment/content, I am actually kind of disgusted by a lot of the lifters' technique. They are all better weightlifters than I am, but none of them are really that talented in the world wide weightlifting landscape... It's too bad we can't watch weekly training clips from international gyms. I liked podium gold's channel when Hysen was in the states, and I still prefer Clarence Kennedy's channel - now THAT kid is going places.

We think alike bro lol. For sure Clarence has promise of legit world class numbers and better than any american. His technique, strength and lifting style shows the sky is the limit. Hysen is probably done btw, can't compete at the olympics anymore. They don't give much/any $$$ for world/euro championships so I can't see him having the motivation to get back on track. I translated a video where they said a medal at euros gets them 500$.
The national team gives them $250 for every 5 months and in the video the lifter claims he hadn't been paid in a year lol.Misc Strength Crew

dafuq.......i get like 3-400 carbs a day easily. then again im asian and i love my noodles and rice
i do something similar, ive gone up to 195 for it but dont have a vid. its helped my jerk because it tires out my legs and its all technique
