kk, good luck with your midterm tomorrow brah.
alls i know about finance is that my money goes in, my money goes out lol
damn man and that's enough for you? That doesn't even look like it's more than 1500cals a day
I usually have a cup of oats in water + 50g whey + oil + 4tbsp ANPB in the morning
footlong subway sandwhich, pollo bowl, panda express or something else from school at lunch
meat with pasta/rice/bread and veggies for dinner
and I usually snack on trail mix throughout the day
but then again I eat huge portions, like 1000cals per meal at least. You don't feel tired or weak during workouts? The Long Road to Competition... My olympic weightlifting journal:

If I don't eat at least 3200+ calories a day I feel lethargic, my muscles and joints ache/feel weak from poor recovery and I perform like garbage. srs.
I've been eating maybe 2200-2500 on average a day here, and I've lost 12lbs in 2 months. I'm lifting at 75-85% of my tested capacity because of the lack of food. Old 8RMs down to 2-3RMs at best.

big boned 5'6 guy checking in
i work out in the morning fasted and can eat less than 2000 cals and feel fine for weeks at a time. let the jelly troll through you.
it does not really matter what and how much i eat i am pretty much lean on the regular and whether i get ripped or not depends on if i cut down on fats and some carbs

well my portion size is pretty big. and snack is kind of an understatement. but i try not to venture outside of 2500 kcals, but then they're those days i black out and i wake up with my clothes ripped, empty food boxes all around me, and a few scantily clad women having cigarettes in my bed.

Thanks for the tips guys. I eat like **** so I'll cut out the junk food and cream/sugar in my coffee first, I wonder if I'll still be able to get all my cals though. My coach wrote my program, it is way more volume than I have ever been used to but I dunno if you guys would consider it "high volume". This was yesterday's workout (all in %'s)

God these past three days have been brutal. Constantly physically or mentally engaged with studying or training.
Front squatted and push pressed before practice tonight. Had two rock star energy drinks today, a lot for me.
I started premaking meals. Ground beef or chicken or steak with jasmin or brown rice and broccoli. Or big ass salad with some olive oil drizzled. Avocados sometimes chopped over chicken.
Post workout been doing vanilla whey with banana and strawberrys. All blended in my new blender. Amazing.
Scoops of peanut butter, some deli meats, sweet potato chips as snacks sometimes. I need to eat more bacon n eggs. On the go tho rice and meat is so easy to store in tubbaware. also these sweet potato fries are fuarkin amazingggggg from trader joes. I try and eat those.
Lol this.Snatch: 122
