    i will definitely put an emphasis on physical activity and sponsor gyms in major cities. i will impose a flat tax, and provide tax breaks for businesses that locate their operations and factories in the USA and tax the **** out of them for exploiting other countries. GOV run health care will only exist for veterans and children under 13. I will ban tax levies for schools and divide money out of a combination of taxes and give them to school based on attendance.

    i have a few other thoughts, including cutting a lot of social programs and keeping spending down.

    my only problem with a flat tax rate is by nature it tends to either hurt the working poor and lower-middle class or give wealthy citizens a significant tax break. I'm in favor of nationalized health care simply because uninsured people tend to be a massive liability on taxpayers.

    Recorded some new vids today to do a form check; so far I've spotted the excessive looping of the bar in the snatch, and the bar being too far away from the knees in both. Any other stuff I should worry about?

    This was also my first C&J session in a long time, usually I do C and J's separate, doing them together was quite exhausting.

    i dont think this economy can handle a public option right now. maybe later when we take care of our debt right now. Im certainly not against it in the future. Cutting social programs is a big part, because welfare is stupid and has created a poorer than poor class that is inescapable. Making higher paying unskilled labor jobs more available will make an easy option for earning money get people off welfare to a higher standard of living.

    flat tax is a give and take. As long as they are paying the same percentage as me i am happy. If they are lower then that is bull****. All i care about.

    Haven't tested my max front squats or backsquats in a while so I am not sure, but I backsquated 152.5 for a few doubles last week so I think I'm getting stronger.

    problems u have with both cleaning and snatching: THE BAR IS GOING AROUND UR KNEES. thats a nono, the bar sweeps in the entire time. stay over the bar till the last possible second

    snatches: get those elbows out, your swinging the hell out of the bar

    jerks: its a short dip with a hard stop, your stop is very mushy. your also not keeping your chest up and your letting your knees go forward. therefore the bar is gonna be forward up top.
    for the split jerk, think of this. the back to pushes the front heel forward. let the back foot hit a hair before the front foot, and really drive that front heel forward.

    considering changing my squat routine. on mini smolov now.


    thinking of doing the work up to 1rm then base triples and doubles off of it.

    Anyone have any actual program suggestions? I just wanna squat really heavy for a few weeks

    10 85% doubles with one minute of rest. Every rep must be perfect and smooth before progressing.

    I'm having a problem hyperextending my lumbar spine on the later reps of my front squats. My upper back used to round forward like many people, but working on t-spine/lat/ankle flexibility seemed to have fixed that. any ideas what I can do to fix my new problem? lower back is absolutely smoked today from my morning 6x3 fs session.

    This high volume program I'm doing has blown me up. Woke up weighing 196lbs. Not any significant change in perceived bf% if anything I look a bit leaner, but then again I see myself everyday and I am mid-teens bf% so a few lbs of fat +/- probly won't have much visual effect.

    I currently eat like crap/whatever I feel like. i.e. I ate half a pizza post w/o and had 3 grill cheese sandwiches at all you can eat the other day at lunch. Any tips on how to clean up the diet and lean out a bit without losing performance in the gym/gains?? Go.

    Don't hyperextend, just keep a neutral spine and your elbows as high as possible. But that's just advice.

    caffeine. obvs eat cleaner, keep carbs to preworkout and post workout. post wo just have some fruit with whey or something, then later eat dinner with good fats.
