No, he clearly actually says something at the end. I don't speak Russian but I believe he is saying "that's right, fuck!" or "like this, fuck"! or something roughly translated to that effect.

I have the exact same problem, but Coach is really helping me develop the ability to sit upright and overcome my mechanics. The first thing is that I ditched any kind of belt whatsoever. I worked on my mobility through a variety of humiliatingly difficult exercises that Coach made me do because he found my weak points immediately. The first time he told me to do good mornings my hamstrings were so tight I had ZERO range of motion, but now I'm doing full GMs with much looser hamstrings and meaningful amounts of weight, and it's been less than two weeks. I never thought I would back squat again after my injury but at the rate things are going I'll BS 150 very soon. In the front squat I can really actually feel myself improving in sitting upright.
That being said, I just watched your video, your ability to keep upright is way way better than mine was on max attempts before I started training with Coach Takano. It was really gruesome how much forward lean I had.Last edited by jb4476; 10-19-2012 at 08:15 PM.

I know what you're saying, but that's actually the style of front squatting I learned from training under Vasily Polovnikov, the Russian I posted about a few pages back. The Russians front squat with their hands completely around the bar and have their elbows slightly pointed downward, so a little bit of forward lean is to be expected at near max attempts. Still, I do need to work on keeping my back tighter.
Weightlifting is the only thing I've ever done where my height is a detriment, not an advantage. Being 6'3 benefited me in sports, picking up broads, dominating lesser males, etc. but now it ****s me, ha.

Overhead squatting with narrower grip than a snatch (ring fingers on the knurls) which forces you to sit more upright, snatch balances in the same way, good mornings for the hamstrings and snatch grip behind the neck strict pressing from the full squat position (this is so difficult it's obscene). The last one is particularly good.
