Lol I switched over to weightlifting after a DL injury. Where in Ontario are you? Markham here
wanted to do weightlifting but had a home gym with no room around march, got really sick in april and my strength diminished...so I decided if I have to build from scratch I might as well start weightlifting (at school now with a good gym)

still trying to learn form while recovering from sickness
2 new PRS today, just what I needed to overcome my depression off losing my phone
136 then hit 143 or better known as 315lbs :3
and then schabowy got nervous
Not sure what to be mirin more, your ability to sit deep in the hole with a wide stance or how easily you stood up with it.
At your lowest point the bar is at mid thigh level lol
You're fellow math bro right? I just realized how much of a ****ing math major I am: I keep my training journal in LaTeX.
I'll see you two bros tomorrow right? Huntito and dbk? And you're coming here on the 17th right?
On a totally unrelated matter, my BS finally overtook my FS with today's rep PR, edging out my unbelted FS PR very slightly. My BS is still (very) mediocre, but it has been increasing very fast and hopefully I can start putting up meaningful BS numbers soon.

should be if huntito isn't a glorious winged phaggot again.
and looking good man. I hate how weak my squats have gotten. last saturday i got pinned with 150kg
Guys with neoprene knee sleeves. How have you kept them clean? I used them twice and they got soaked and already have sweat stains (dafuq?) but i noticed they kept my knees warm for sure
One good thing i noticed from lifting after a hiatus is how easy it is to work on your technique issues since your body isn't fighting to use your previous form. Its more willing to try new things.
Wtf at my hands slipping on the bar now. Not sure if grip is retarded or new bars are greasy

I have Rehband knee sleeves and I just throw them bitches in the washer. I don't put them through the dryer though.
I am not the witty.

I seriously don't understand how people hit PR cleans without catching the bounce. Is racking the bar more of a limiting factor than squatting it up?? That boggles my mind :S
