Oh, that reminds me, I think that I won't be able to get you guys into the shed this Saturday because I won't be here. I'll check, but I'm pretty sure. After that, I'm good. I'm here over Thanksgiving weekend btw so you can come on the 24th if you're here. The reason I won't be here is that a friend is hosting a birthday party, the theme of the party is "drive to the middle of nowhere and get plastered".
Think of it this way, you really (REALLY) would not want to share a single bar and a single platform in a small (and ****ing hot) shed between three people.

I doubt anyone would want to sponsor me. Something different breaks on me daily. Today I had to skip my clean and jerks because something is wrong with my thumb and I couldn't even hold the bar in the rack position.
looks like it is up to me then. IM OFF TO THE SQUAT RACK!!!!!!!!!

i honestly believe he will bring the debt down. it would be better than changing to someone who we have no idea what he was going to do. obama has been pretty transparent.
not that im a fan, just his plan holds more water than romney's

Anyone ever dealt with elbow tendinitis?? If you have, what did you do to minimize/ get rid of it? Every time I clean+jerk, or jerk from rack, mine flares up so bad it makes it almost unbearable.

How in the worlddddd do you expect him to bring it down? If he brings it down you're going to the Olympics 2016.
Btw, if you guys are going to come to Takanos mwf again starting next week, you should know that he won't be here on the 16th, ie next Friday, because he has to go to a USAW conference on the future of US Weightlifting.

I get it in my left from time to time, but it's never really unbearable and usually doesn't flare up until the session is over. I just ice it and up the fish oil, seems to work, but like I said, it's not that bad

im hoping he will raise taxes for everyone....:/
also the taxes he proposed on businesses that ship jobs overseas sound promising. i have been saying that for years.

My FS and BS are both increasing but my FS is still stronger than my BS. I asked coach why this would be the case and he said "well, you're weird". Thanks coach.
I was cleanpulling 100 then the guy next to me said "why dont you clean it?" my answer "i'm lazy" , "then get the **** out of the gym" - he scared half the gym while yelling it lol
5 mins later I PR'd. High hang power clean 100x 3 singles then 102 all with better form than i've had in weeks.

Nah he said it because it looked like I half bailed out and I was trying to get under. I was fooling around with 90-95 for like 30 minutes then decided to "clean pull" aka the weight was literally at my chest but I wasn't getting under. Either way lesson learned that I need to put more effort and just keep trying.
Does anyone sometimes get some slight pain in one the inner part of one knee when squatting, it feels weird, like the connective tissue is trying to push its way out of my skin. It isn't severe but it's enough to sort of throw off my groove. It comes and goes, popping up maybe once every 3 weeks or so for a day. It started after I front squatted, just when I had moved on to back squatting. I think it's the reason I missed a 140 back squat after making a 140 front squat.
It's pretty nice. The equipment is top notch with 4 platforms and there are some good oly lifters here. Everyone is pretty much self taught no coach. Best lifter can CJ like 170 @ 105.
Besides the oly lifters though everyone else is ridiculously weak. I know pretty much EVERYONE in the gym and it's starting to become a bad thing lol. Need to stop socializing and just lift.
Apparently I was wrong and there's no general admission, he doesnt want random dumbasses flying around the gym. You have to join group training but your sister should be fine anyways since she's doing crossfit

a lot of the chinese lifters lift in old school do wins, which have huge heels. It could just be a comfort thing
