I just wanted to create a new copypasta lol

What the **** did you just ****ing say about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I’m the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the **** out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my ****ing words. You think you can get away with saying that **** to me over the Internet? Think again, ****er. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of spies across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your life. You’re ****ing dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can kill you in over seven hundred ways, and that’s just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed combat, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Marine Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you little ****. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your ****ing tongue. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will **** fury all over you and you will drown in it. You’re ****ing dead, kiddo.
I just wanted to say thank you. I have been squatting daily since October 2nd and could not be happier with the results. On Friday I got sick with a cold (and I am still sick) and at first I was frustrated, assuming that a few days of potential quality training would be lost. But I went to the gym anyway and had my most successful three days ever, setting big PRs in four major strength exercises. On Friday I successfully strict overhead pressed 170x8 and ATG back squatted 340x5. On Saturday I made an (easy) 305x1 front squat (not a PR, but definitely an improved baseline number), and then today I made a behind the neck push press PR of 220x7, a front squat PR of 290x6 followed by an (easy) 350x1 back squat for an improved baseline number. You could not be more correct about the idea that your body is lying to you. I have no idea how I pulled out all those PRs over the last three days while in cold sweat, with swollen lymph glands, a congested nose and a brutally sore throat. But I did.

Weird thing happened today. Overpsyched myself during snatches and was so fatigued mentally emotionally and physically by the time heavy CJ came around. Had too much caffeine too. Usually I can turn it off and on just during lift but I was in 6th gear the entire time between sets.....killed me.

I've gone down that route before. Some days I wouldn't be able to even lift 75% without some sort of stimulant.

The great copypasta of our thread

to develop some consistent technique in the lifts. No more squatting before and cbf to do anything after anymore lol.
I'm gonna be squatting high frequency and heavy, low volume so I can improve in the lower rep ranges. I need a better stretch reflex/speed out the bottom and more flexilibity so I can use my ass more. The heavy backsquatting ****ed my flexibility.. I failed 110kg for 10x3. Did 3x3 then failed the 4th set twice. Was so pissed lol.
That guy literally rows it off the floor. How the **** does he move that kind of weight with that pull dynamic?
Speaking of Canada, I have a bunch of excellent grad school offers at my disposal now. So I will be there in September. Thank God because Pasadena drives me insane and I'll no longer be paying organs to attend school (actually, they'll be paying me).

I was actually referring more to the lack of 2nd pull and early finish, I didn't notice the ridiculous arm bend until you mentioned it actually.
Go to school somewhere near Saskatchewan srs. A chinese lifter (who's done 130/155@85) will be lifting here in a few months, come join.
That's a hell of an insult, Crossfitters put these guys to shame.
1 In the fire he stood, his hands upon the iron. And Brodin came unto him and said 2 "I tell you verily, say unto thy squat rack "be light", and it shall be defeated. Say unto thy leg press "be moveable" and it shall be moved. 3 For all things are possible with swole, and through Brodin your shepherd. 4 [For] through Brodin you have the power to trample unmovable iron and bend it to your will as you would your soul.
This one isn't too bad. Rack was terrible but I think he would make a sub maximal attempt look decent. He has good extension with straight arms.
There's a really terrible one I saw 2 weeks ago with a black dude that looked like he should have destroyed his ankles, wrists and knees but I can't seem to find it.

Whats the best stretch to improve my hip mobility at the bottom of a snatch? Turns out my stance at the bottom of a snatch has to be pretty wide to catch a snatch in a stable manner.

Grab some pvc pipe with a snatch grip, put it over your head, and squat down. This is probably the best way. Just sit down there and get comfortable

The Russian baby maker is pretty good along with just squatting of course.

One stretch I really like is to get into a full squat and then push my knees out with my elbows. Not sure if this will help this particular problem but a good stretch nonetheless.
Strength + Speed = Power
If you never fail, you aren't truly pushing yourself to the limit. If you never push yourself to the limit, how do you know what you're truly capable of?
