Seems like it. But start bulking and lifting well, it wont look as bad.
Mine looked like that too when i was skinnier, it doesnt look bad anymore.

i dont feel any hard lumps in their, so I guess its just fat gyno or something? Can I take anything to get rid of it? if I keep getting fatter wont it make it worse?

That is my understanding of it, but it can also mean more than that. Some people with gyno also have female breast tissue which causes sorness and lumps. I think it can also just mean extra fat cells their, but I am not sure.

because I was at the pool recently and someone was joking with me about it. kinda made me wonder. I mean some people have no chest that sticks out and smaller nips than me so I was wondering. I know everyones different, but it kinda bothered me when someone brought it up.
