deadlift

when i preform deadlifts,should every rep touch the floor or just when my chest is parallell to the floor igo up

Not only should you touch the ground, but you should also pause for a few seconds to completely deload.

EDIT: How can your sig say "deadlift is the king of exercises" if you don't know how to perform it? u parrotin' brah?
