Seriously upset right now, Dunkin Donuts....
There seems to be a 1 in 5 chance they'll put sugar in my coffee despite my best efforts of saying "CREAM ONLY JUST CREAM". I wonder how many grams of carbs were in that swig of disgustingly sweet sugar water.
hate them. At 2 bucks a cup you'd think they'd get it right.

Yesterday at Starbucks I ordered a tall americano, heavy whipping cream, and sugar-free hazelnut. Lady hands me a cup and says "skinny americano with SF hazelnut". So I said "hey, this was supposed to have heavy whipping cream instead of being a skinny", so she grabs it, pours some heavy whipping cream in, then hands it back.
"Any milk in it?"
"No."
I'm behind schedule so I walk out, start driving with my wife, and take a sip. Sure enough, she put milk in it and then lied about it just because she was busy and didn't want to remake it.
Too bad a mountain fell from the sky and hit her in the head before I could drive back and complain.

Yeah, I'm holding on to my 4 hour old cup of coffee so I can go back and get a new one.... maybe I'm just cranky from cutting, but seriously WTF! These places charge gourmet prices for their coffee but hire min. wage workers that don't care if they get the job done right.

You guy's that patronize Starsucks are wasting money...
I quit due to the exact problems ya'll are having...and my **** was simple, double shot expresso macchiaoto. Two shots of expresso and some milk foam. Nine times outta ten those clowns would hand me a latte, tasted like milk and sugar.
Stayed outta the place for a month and bought a decent expresso machine, stayed outta the place for a year and bought a Rancilio Silvia and will not go back.

I have to agree with SV1000 on this issue. If they can't get it right, buy yourself a good coffee maker. I've always been under the assumption that most people in the world are lazy. I can't count the amount of times I've been in a restaurant and ordered a medium rare steak and it came out medium well. And then you haggle with the waiter and wait 20 minutes for another one or you jsut suck it up and eat it. My solution go buy REALLY good steak and cook it myself. It comes out exactly how I like it and you get a lot more steak for the money when you don't have a cook make it for you.

I tend to keep starbucks and dunken donuts for carb-up days only.. Starbucks has a nice Instant coffee now that tastes like their regular coffee.. I buy that now and add my heavy cream or sugar free syrups to it at home.. much safer

Exactly. All the money spent at those places you can easily buy a high quality coffee and expresso machine and buy higher quality coffee beans to boot and make all the coffee you want.
Those prices are unbelievable.

I actually have a 'somewhat okay' krups espresso/coffee machine but I had coupons for DD I'm more upset about the mouth full of sugar. Even before I ever got into fitness I never liked sugar in my coffee, GROSS.
