    Fix your squat walkout. Inconsistent depth on the 315x3. Don't squat facing a mirror. Your hooks are set way too high on the rack. You shouldn't have to do a calf raise to unrack or rack.

    Your "bench" never touched your chest, so therefore you had no bench.

    I will fix rack height and i know on 315 2 rep was high. On bench, it did touch but didnt pause it. Next video i will get more of an angle and pause.

    Thanks, will check out video when I get home. Working on depth consistantcy by pausing weight at bottom.

    I haven't watched the videos yet but those guys know what they're doing. I just wanted to comment on your goals. That's a good long term bench goal but you really should bump up both the squat and dl goals unless you're just going to be a bench guy.

    My bench is ahead of my squat and deadlift due to 3 years of training after blowing out patellar tendon in the army. I was not allowed to do lower body. Those goals are for the begining of the year.
