Fix your squat walkout. Inconsistent depth on the 315x3. Don't squat facing a mirror. Your hooks are set way too high on the rack. You shouldn't have to do a calf raise to unrack or rack.
Your "bench" never touched your chest, so therefore you had no bench.Total's = Jan. 2012 - 1036 @ 198's
Jan. 2013 - 1184 @ 220's
Jul. 2013 - 1251 @ 220's
Jan. 2014 - 1355 @ 242's

I haven't watched the videos yet but those guys know what they're doing. I just wanted to comment on your goals. That's a good long term bench goal but you really should bump up both the squat and dl goals unless you're just going to be a bench guy.
