Thanks Imright!
We do have a lower box in the gym, but I prefer to not use it for my widestance work. being an inch or two above parallel is ok with me on that. plus those would count in any PL meet

Lol i just watched it again that 315 x 20 looks too easy.
Hopefully i can do 500 squats at 225.

the hardest thing for me about 20 rep squats is the cardio poriton of it. I have lots of strength left, just cant get enough air in the lungs

Yeah i bet.. i tried 225x20. i was pretty much dead after.

I use to do close stance and then now am trying wide stance to focus on my hip drive and keeping my knees behind toes. Going all the way down is much harder and I had to knock down my weight for it especially wide stance.

Age: 27 Height 5'9ish, Current weight: 189.6.
Started 7/18/08: weight 229, 38 waist, large shirts.
11/22/08: initial goal made 170, 32 waist, medium shirts.
11/22/08-02/18/09: bulked to 195, 3.5k-3.8k calories, all 3 macros.
2/19-5/13/09: cut again to 159, around 2.2k calories, all 3 macros, then keto at the end.
6/1-11/8/09: bulk (164 to 198) "keto/anabolic" diet, 3800-4400 calories.
11/9-: Keto cut time again.....
