Dymatize Xpand Xtreme Pump? Or Xtreme Dump
let me start off by saying, i have tried most of the common pre-w/o products (no-xplode, white flood, superpump, xpand, no shotgun, the list goes on) and i have never had any real digestion problems with any.
took xtreme pump for the first time yesterday, felt a little sick, had mad ****s.
today i took it, while the pump was awesome, about 30-45mins into my workout i start getting stomach discomfort and it feels like im about to jus crap myself. i end up taking a mad dump, sorta felt like puking too (almost a light headedness, probably just from the caffeine, but im used to taking in over 200mg at a time)
its been 2 days of it, i'm not gonna use it for my next workout and see how i feel. i'm pretty sure this is the culprit and not any of my other supps. does anyone know what may be causing it that isnt in any other product? this is the only one i have ever reacted this way to.

i took this for two days (samples) and seriously it reminded me the days when i took sp250 for the first time....mad dumps y0'

in comparison to sp250. energy and pump is def better IMO. just dont appreciate the shiz

just work around it, dont workout unless u **** before - then workout and youll be fine... its not the supps fault if you have to ****.
