After setting a PR:

Lets say you set a PR and it was very tough it was your day do you increase your cals?
Or do you stick with your diet till you stall then up cals?

If you're bulking, then just eat what you normally eat, which should be above maintenance. If you're cutting, well you shouldn't be setting PR's .

I always try to anticipate a plateau and up the calories before hand. If you allow yourself to plateau usually your body has already put itself in a deficit, and sometimes it takes a while to actually feel these effects.
