appetite suppressants
Hi guys
just wondering if anyone can suggest a good appetite suppressant. Im not looking for something with stimulants in it, as im quiet sensitive to caffine..
Im finding now more then ever I am having difficulty controlling my appetite, I seem to be hungry at unusual times and I try to limit my portion size, but when im finished eating I always have this hunger pain in my tummy, even though im full (i think my eyes are bigger then my stomach)..
I drink the recommended amount of water daily, so water intake is not my issue.
Just wondering if anyone can suggest something that they think would benefit me.
Thanks in advance.

before thinking about appetite suppressants and the lot, have you looked closely at your diet and SPEFICALLY your intake of healthy fats? If your fats are too low you will definitely be getting hunger pangs.....

Eat lots of fibrous vegetables! Do you have enough fat in your diet?

Good luck with that one. The only appetite suppressants that work IME are the ones with stimulants in them. If you find one, definitely let me know! I'd love to have something I could take at night...

I try to eat as much fibre as possible, I also take a fibre supplement (prior stomach issues)..
I would think that I have enough fat in my diet, maybe I need to cut more carbs out and try to eat more vegies and good fats and see how that goes...
Thanks for your help

Where are your fats at and where are you getting them from? Do you monitor macros?

If you cut carbs too much, it will make you more hungry---generally carbs fill you up! Yes, I agree with the others---track your food for a week and see where the ratios are at. That may be your answer right there.
And yes, eating lots of green veggies help fill you up and they are super low cal!
