mods please don't move to music section, no one posts there very much.
but post em up. i listin to the alternative station from time to time, but don't really no many of the bands and don't have much on my ipod. any suggestions?
It's fashionable to hate on them, but I've been rediscovering these guys lately and enjoying it immensely. Check out "Waking the Fallen" by Avenged Sevenfold. Their more recent music, though not bad, is lighter stuff but the WTF album is pure gold.

Chevelle is good, I mostly like the stuff from the albums "Wonder What's Next" and "This Type Of Thinking Could Do Us In"
Breaking Benjamin just released their newest album and it's awesome. In fact almost every song on every album is awesome so they're probably my favorite band from this genre. Here's one off their new album.

Yeah I dont get why it's so fashionable to hate on bands like A7X, Nickelback, and Creed. Those are 3 very different bands so it's not like people are hating on a certain style. I like them all, personally. The only thing I can really see people hating on his how simple some of Nickelback's songs are. But who cares if it isnt as complex as an 8 minute long Metallica song, it doesnt mean it sucks it's just different. It's all good.

but breaking benjamin ftw. i have all their albums cept for their new one. and i like that u can listin to the entire albulm cuz all the songs r good. have only hurd their single, i will not bow, which is alrite.
I saw Three Days Grace, Breaking Ben, and Seether perform live, and this band Red opened up for them. I thought Red performed better than everyone else there, and I have never heard their music before. They were awesome, check it out:
Good gym pump up music for me too.

Try Pandora radio (there's an iPhone app that's the sht!)...it's a website.
Put in a band you like, and it will find a channel for you. It uses the "music genome" project to find similar bands, and plays them. You can find a lot of new music like that.

Death of me is their best song imo
