Keep injuring myself. You think I ll do rippetoe's instead

I ve been working out for 3 months, and in those 3 months I ve been injured twice. Once on my neck/traps and now I am having a snapping tricep. I think my body is tryingto tell me something.
You think ripptoe's routine is less prone to injuries? Or is it more or less the same with any other split day routine in that subject? Or maybe even worse?

95% of the time, what gets you in trouble with injuries is form, not the workout itself. Or doing too much weight. Which leads to bad form.
