I would have been laughing if I saw you doing this in real life.
I thought the whole deal of parkour and free-running is to get to a location in the shortest amount of time using very inventive ways of traveling to your destination. It just seemed like you were going out of your way and in circles for the entirety of the video.
this is the hardest ive laughed at a video in a while
dead serious.
most of it is just really dumb lol, added to the fact u could of delivered that packaged in 1/3 the time if you just ran there.
but climbing up that big ass wall was pretty badass.

You still work out? How long have you been doing this for?
I think everyone would like to be able to do parkour. It's a pretty cool sport.
yeah. i don't train or eat to get big. i do a lot more balance, agility, bodyweight type stuff. i've been training solely in the gym for most of the time, but have about 3 or 4 months actual outdoor experience.

sry. best way to start. i started by setting goals: 20+ pullups, 50 pushups, 5 or more pistol squats, being able to hold a handstand, increase vertical and horizontal jumping.
look into crossfit. i dont agree with everything they do, but there are some badass exercises in that school of thought. training for parkour is about being dynamic. try not to stand still, i do burpees or jumping jacks between sets.
