I supose the first questionis: what kind of gloves are they and are you surs they are leather?
If they are I would wash them every so often with Murphy's oil soap or another pure glycerine leather soap. This should keep them pliable if they are already showing signs of dryness you could use a leather conditioner like neatsfoot oil or mink oil just use it sparingly as it can over moisturize and make leather rot. Lexoil is another good leather product you can use.
If they are vinyl or you aren't sure I would just use the murphy's or saddle soap, they are moisturizing soaps but they will just clean the vinyl and any of the leather preperations would just sit there and do nothing
