Not 100% sure where to post this, so i put it here, just a quick question, what type of supplements make a person not able to compete naturally any more, can you basically buy any supplement that is legal and still be deemed natural or are there some that are not acceptable?
Thanks

Depends on the organization you want to compete in.
For NPC, you can pretty much use anything that you can find over the counter.
For OCB or INBF, go to their respective websites, they have extensive banned supplement lists.

INBF - http://www.inbf.net/drug-free.html

There's plenty of times people have stated they don't agree with using drugs in bodybuilding so it's ok for them to say that but it's not ok for me to say natural bodybuilding is pointless without drugs? Quite the double standard here if that's the case. I wasn't insulting anyone specifically just making a general statement and last time I checked I'm allowed to have my own opinion. I've never once argued over the use or non use of drugs in bodybuilding with anyone so I'd appreciate the same in return.

Wasn't a flame directed at anyone specifically. Wasn't intended as a flame at all, or baiting anyone. Again, it's ok for people to talk down about steroid use but when I talk down about natural bodybuilding you all lose your panties like a bunch of girls. Some of you could use a dose of testosterone, stop being so emotional, it's not that big of a deal. That's all I'm going to say since you all are obviously too ****ing sensitive.

I get defensive when people bash me for being nattie or make negative comments about natural bodybuilding. I don't bash people for using. It's already been said that whether you use or you're natural, the goal is the same.

I wasn't bashing natural bodybuilding....and in no way was speaking negatively about anyone who is natural. It's like if you went to a drag race and saw two family sedans racing and said "drag racing with sedans is like sex without a vagina" it would be exactly the same. It's still drag racing, people are still putting in an effort to be their best, it's just not my cup of tea. I like to see the big freaks and people who push their physiques to the maximum, that's all the comment meant.

You're wrong. What you said was a negative comment towards natural bodybuilding. It wasn't directed at an individual, but it was a negative comment directed at natural bodybuilding. As a result, that comment is directed at natural bodybuilders like myself. If you wanted to say that you prefer non-tested bodybuilding over natural you could have said it another way without adding negativity.
