Questions..

Alright, I need to ask a lot of ignorant questions at once. I'm new to lifting, and getting in shape, and stuff you should take, and what you should eat.

I've been riding my bike for 10-20 miles everyday for the past 25 days while also lifting weights for about 15 days. I eat like noodles and drink water.. that's pretty much my everyday. I just got some pills for building muslce and I got some creatine.. but I haven't used them 'cause I don't know anything really about exercising. Yeah.

Well, I'm tired of being over weight and I want to do an amature MMA fight, Parkour, a marathon, and possibly join the Air Force... be able to take my shirt off at the beach. Sooo many things I'd like to do but I've never got around to it and let my appearnce get in the way. I want to say I'm ignorant in what you should do and I would like to find some help.

Okey doke. First off! ...Should you workout every muslce that you can everyday? I feel like if I don't then I'm only getting to my goal slower than what I'd like.. My friends told me if I quit taking creatine then I will lose all I worked for with it. What type of food should someone eat?

You need to eat protein rich food. Meat, eggs, milk, nuts etc. Noodles are mainly carbs - which is no bad thing but it is important to get enough protein per day. You need at least 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. Eg. if you weigh 160lbs, you need 160g of protein a day.

Each muscle should be worked between 1 and 3 times a week, every day is too much and will not allow recovery time. Creating a routine is a suprisingly complex task - better to read the sticky threads and choose one from there. Be sure to squat and deadlift even if you think "your legs are OK"

Your friends are incorrect. Creatine helps both strength and recovery. Yes, it can make you retain some water in your muscles which will drain away when you stop taking it - but it also helps you grow real muscle tissue.
