I have a boyish figure. I don't have curves. I wonder if proper diet and exercise can help me shed some fat around my waist so i can look more feminine? I don't have the time to eat 6 small healthy meals a day... I rarely cook... If i lost weight, will i look more lean and feminine?? I just hate the fact that my body just goes straight down like a stick!

First of all, I think you're being hard on yourself... You've got a very cute body - NOT boyish at all! But, it's your own opinion that really counts. I'm sure if you dropped a few pounds of bodyfat and replaced it with a few pounds of muscle in the right places, you could get what you're looking for. Squats and lunges may help accentuate your hips and back exercises like lat pulldowns could give you a wider back which will make your waist look smaller.

Sounds like you want a little more muscle, so you might not necessarily want to lose weight on the scale. I don't think you need to do any dedicated cardio - just staying active should be enough - go surfing, hiking, play some volleyball... that kine stuff!
