    Smile 2 questions about HIIT here ! First one gets a prize !

    No actually lol nobody gets a prize ....
    But now that I have your attention ! , please I need to know two things about my running schedule lol

    Ok

    1. If I start getting chest pain , how dangerous is that ? Should I keep running ? Its quite mild

    and

    2. For now I can only perform 3 intervals (45:90) no stopping . Then I'm dead BUT if I wait for two minutes ill have the strength to do a fourth one . Should I ?

    For how long have you been doing the HIIT?
    If you just started doing this....well then it might be that you are just not use to it, or irregular breathing pattern while running.
    OR...
    if you have been doing it for a while now...say 2-3 weeks, it might be a bit more serious than that....consult a doctor i would suggest.
    Chest pain aint something to be played with even if it is mild... get it checked out and make sure everything is ok
