    Hungry while Bulking

    Im bulking from 180, my protein comes from eggs,tuna,lean meat,chicken. My carbs come from fruit, oatmeal and potatoes. I eat 6 meals a day including a weightgainer that has 990cals 50g protein, and 125g carb. Is it normal to feel hungry while bulking? Idk what to do im trying to keep it strict and clean so i dont gain too much unnecessary fat, but at times like now for example im really hungry. I have loads of natty peanutbutter and jelly and wheat bread but is it too late to eat that? i normally go to sleep a few hours from now because i dont need to wake up for anything class starts at 6 pm for me. Some advise me cuz i feel like im eating enough throughout the day, but now im hungry.

    Edit: I just ate a can of tuna. still hungry

    That's weird bro. Try having 250 - 500ml of water with meals, might fill you up. If not, might want to get your stomach checked by a doc.

    yea its rediculous, i feel full for about an hour after meals, no matter how much i stuff myself, the fullness feeling lasts for an hour. After that hour im already anxious for my next big meal

    keep in mind im not gonna be sleeping for probably another 3 hours considering i dont wake up until about 1 so i get 10-11 hours of sleep every night
