Hartwig's crap to incredible log
Its about time i stop slacking and make my workout journal. Today was my first day but ill lay out my routine for ya first.
ws4sb version 3- 4 day split
sunday- rep upper body
monday- max lower body
wednesday- max upper body
friday- dynamic/rep lower body
this is only my first few weeks of real working out so im quite weak. please give me any advice you can!!!!
moday- max lower oct 12 09
box squats (dont know how high but it was below parallel)
45x5 95x5 125x5 155x5 185x5 205x5 225x5 245x5 265x3 275x3
bulgarian split squats
3x8 w/ 40lb dumbells
45 degree hyperextensions
3x10 w/25lb weight
declinesit ups
3x10 w/15 lb weight behind head
sitting calf raises
10/25lb 10/45lb 10/70lb 10/90lb 10/115 last one was super hard
