Has anything "bodybuilding" has instilled in you benefited you?
I just realised the other day that prior to starting to work out I was never a goal-oriented person, and I would often half-ass things.
After starting to workout I noticed that if you want visible results you can't half ass anything, and I remember thinking in the gym that no matter how small/weak I am at least I'm giving it my all.
I noticed that this has carried into other areas of my life since working out, like: school, guitar, and **** like that.
Anybody else notice this?
I'm extremely goal-oriented now as a person.
