possible back injury

so the other day (saturday) I was doing hang cleans and I lifted a PR of 95kg and then went on to do about 5 singles @ 93kg after that did some push presses and back squat with about 60kg and 125kg respectively; I'd never lifted 95kg before nor 93kg for that many reps but I had several misses in between, every time I did miss the bar fell out of my grip in the bottom position, after the squats I started getting some bad pains around my right rib and its been hurting since then, the pain somewhat comes and goes but standing upright was a chore for a day and even now bending over is hurting; I'm not really sure what could've caused it other than perhaps too much caving forward under the bar with heavy weight thus forcing my back to take the brunt of the work (my abs are probably weak as well), anybody have any ideas, I'm thinking of going to see a chiropractor if anything? any suggestions or similar experiences?

No, My form and technique i perfect on everylift.
Sonorously though yes. I Noticed a few weeks back my left side lower back ached and I could place the cause. It hurt to walk and bend over and twist. Like an idiot I kept lifting and no wonder it got worse. I looked at my routine and I notice I was doing all back squats and no front squats since my back started to hurt. The back squats were around 120x3.... Well I finally figured out a few of the possible causes so I made sure to correct them. 1. I was not getting tight before unracking the bar. I would just get under it and go. 2. I was not keeping my chest high enough. 3. My lower back was rounding when going deep.

I suggest giving it a little time. Dont lift though.
