PS I train legs too theyre probably my strongest body part but not included in this thread

Yeah I bulked for a while at 3400 cals but didnt really put on too much fat - gained some decent mass - cut down from 13-15% bf to about 10% now Im going to bulk back up again hopefully to around 175Originally Posted by Henchmandan
