drink more water? also change up your workout. do sprints, nobody ever does those. go climb trees for 3 hours, do random stuff. it'll shock your body and get the metabolism going. at least that's what i've seen from my experience. but what do i know?
I heart pullups

1000 cals is probably why you aren't losing weight... I was eating sub-1000 cals at one point and losing weight, but I have the muscle mass & excess weight to do such a thing. Although it came with frequent headaches and excessive laziness (excluding the limited amount of working out I was able to do)
Increase to the 1500-1800 range, and see if you can get some results.
Also, working out 5 days/week in that cal range is probably counter-productive. No one's body could possibly recover properly from 5 days of good workouts on 1000 cals...
And as mentioned previously, keep water intake in check. I recommend at least .5 oz per lb of bodyweight personally...Potential failure is a small price to pay for the potential of what you could gain if you try.

When you are plateauing like that, especially gym 5 days a week, sometimes eating more solves the problem, and not eating less. Even though that seems backwards it tends to be the case, happened on biggest loser also. ((Pretty much what Poetique said))

Something looks wrong with your numbers. What bread are you eating that is only 61 calories per slice? Also, turkey breast has 44 calories per ounce. You're eating two half-ounce slices of turkey?? (seems ridiculously small) And no condiments or cheese on that sandwich?
Do you drink alcohol, soda, etc. that you are counting?

If you were really eating 1000 calories~ youd be losing weight, I really think you counted wrong.

I'd try increasing your cals by 100 every couple days till u hit maybe 1600 kcal, then stick with that for a week and see what the results are... if u dont lose weight or gain weight, drop by 100 for a week, continue doing this until u see results. Also, as another poster mentioned, u aren't getting healthy fats in.... You absolutely need fat for your brain and nervous system to function... if you don't, you'll eventually have zero energy, irritability, cardiovascular problems and eventually develop neurological effects like delayed mental processing.... depression....

how lean are you already? There's no way in hell that someone of your size could be CONSISTENTLY taking in 1000 calories and not be losing fat. If you are already fairly lean [just a tiny bit of fat around the stomach] then your fat loss won't show so much on the scale. Maybe you can use calipers.... or take pictures.. pictures are the best IMO.
OR it could be that your measurements are off and you're taking in way more than you think.Sept of Baelor was an inside job. Wildfire can't melt stone masonry.

"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

keep working
you have to remember that losing weight healthily is a long term goal. If you keep your calorie count small, you will lose weight over time. Keep working out, but also add in some more cardio which will accelerate your weight loss. Also, as a general tip, 3500 calories = 1lb of body fat. That means your net total of calories per must be negative 3500 to lose 1lb!! and even one day of not sticking to your diet could screw up your entire week!
