    is that a contridiction?

if density is increased, mass would as well, if you adhere to the principle of density

If you lift hard you get tiny fractures, which heal stronger than before.

They may not grow in width/depth/length but with proper calcium intake and hard training I definitely think your bones get STRONGER (denser).

...but I am not a scientist.

Saw it on TV where 2 guy were smashing cement bricks. One did w/ Forearms other did w/ Head.

They were able to do it because of repetitions of breaking bricks, and their bones kept getting denser/stronger.

At the end of the show they said you can increase bone density by working out/weightlifting.

Dunno how legit the info is.

yeah thats where i found out about it.

it makes sense, a lot of things (muscles, skin, emotional strength) build back stronger by themselves once you break them down.

I thought that it's common knowledge that bones become stronger through weight lifting. I'm not sure whether they'd get bigger though... I would assume your bones stop growing after adolescence.

Yea, once your growth plates close after puberty you're done. IDK about thickness though.
